Barbara Heard

Hello! Here’s a little bit of information for you to get to know me better,

My name is Barbara Heard and I’m a dedicated undergrad student at Rockhurst University, where I’m majoring in exercise science. My passion lies in pursuing a career in physical therapy with a special interest in becoming a travel PT. Originally from Washington state, I’ve had the incredible opportunity of living in Santiago, Chile for a couple of years, which was a very enriching experience.

When I’m not working on school, you can often find me partaking in my hobbies, which include rock climbing, playing sports, and immersing myself in the outdoors. I thrive on camping and hiking trips, always eager for a new adventure. Additionally, I’m grateful I get to be an athlete on the women’s lacrosse team at Rockhurst.
